After completing Cosmetology School and obtaining the necessary license from the DC Board of Cosmetology, she briefly worked in several hair salons in Washington D.C. In 2010, she secured a sought-after position at MAC Cosmetics, where she achieved certification as a makeup artist and underwent advanced training in makeup artistry.  

For more than seven years at MAC Cosmetics, she honed her skills and stayed updated on the latest makeup trends and techniques. Meek partnered with Celebrity Makeup Artist Kym Lee at the Wink n Pout Academy to enhance her knowledge and skills. Her creations have graced numerous fashion runways for brands like Puma and Rachel Roy, as well as events for NYFW featuring esteemed designers. Additionally, her work has been showcased in various magazines and on networks including FOX, CBS, CNN, WETA, BRAVO, BET,  and NFL.  

She has collaborated with and supported some of the top makeup artists in the beauty industry, such as Derrick Rutledge, Sir John, and Kym Lee. Her makeup artistry has graced celebrities like Phylicia Rashad, Robin Givens, Angela Simmons, Vanessa Bell Calloway, Lisa Raye McCoy, Bozoma St. John, Andrene Ward-Hammond, Tosin Cole, Nephew Tommy, Symone Sanders, and Abby Phillips. Whether it's enhancing the beauty of a working woman, a senior attending prom, a radiant bride, or a renowned celebrity, her goal is for all her clients to understand that Beauty is a Feeling, not just a “Look”! She is dedicated to ensuring her clients both Feel and Look their best.
